One of our favorite restaurants in Amsterdam, Bak proudly prepares their menu based on fresh produce and seasonal ingredients. Choose 5 or 7 courses and prepared to be surprised by the inventive dishes. If you enjoy wine definitely go for the wine pairings as well.
The dishes are absolutely delicious at Bak but the building itself is also a delight. Housed in old storage warehouses known as Het Veem, Bak has an amazing view over the IJ river. The warehouses used to be used to store coffee beans and tobacco in the 1800s and are now home to small businesses, artist ateliers and a theater.
Be sure to make a reservation for lunch or dinner at Bak Amsterdam in advance as it is a very popular restaurant for special occassions, date night, and business meals.
